Just regular old minecraft, it's like this: You go and find a spot that you don't think people will find, and you build.
Maybe you invite your friends I unno. maybe your one of the kids that hangs out by spawn and messes with new players, the only thing I'm gonna say is no lag machines, or anything to intentionally negatively effect the servers performance.
