The Server is fully Anarchy and is fun, theres either 0 players or the owner there, join it to change it! by joining early you have a good start! The owner is very friendly, if your the only player he might give you some good resources!

Open the launcher, next click the "Play" button then select "Multiplayer" from the menu.
